Customer Identification and Verification:
- We require customers to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including personal details, contact information, and proof of identity.
- We conduct identity verification checks using reliable and independent sources, such as governmentissued identification documents, utility bills, or bank statements.
- We implement a risk-based approach to determine the level of verification required for different customer profiles and transaction and we do enhance Due Diligence (EDD) for Higher-Risk Customers
- We do age verification to determine that the customer is old enough to be involved in opening an account to our website. The customer’s date of birth must be obtained at all times. If the customer provides a date of birth which is not allowed for persons joining our website (below 18 years of age), the registration will be blocked.
